2. Data we process

• Account: email, name, preferred language
• Subscription data via Stripe (we never store card numbers)
• Shipping address
• Phone number, only after explicit double-opt-in on WhatsApp
• WhatsApp group data: members, message metadata, shared photos
• Photos stored in Cloudflare R2 (EU region for DACH customers)
• AI processing via OpenAI Vision + Moderation, with no-training opt-out
• Book + shipping data shared with Gelato (local print partners in 32+ countries, EU printing for DACH customers)

3. CCPA notice (California residents)

We do not sell your personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights (access, deletion, opt-out) email privacy@memsy.app.

4. TCPA notice (US users)

By providing your phone number you agree to receive automated WhatsApp messages from Memsy related to your subscription. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

Access, rectify, delete, port your data. Exercise these rights at any time from the Settings → Privacy section of the dashboard, or by emailing hello@memsy.app.
